The Youth Inclusion Network (YIN) is a network of companies committed to youth inclusion that proposes activities helping bridge the gap between the Youth and the corporate world and companies – company visits, testimonies, mock interviews, training, and OJTs & jobs potentially too later on.
We are glad to share with you all our very first COFFRAL contribution as YIN – Youth Inclusion Network member with the interactive training on how to conduct a more successful interview while job hunting, held last July 22nd.
COFFRAL Asia is actively involved in helping the Philippines youth and building a “healthier” country!
It was a great experience to meet Filipino youth and participate in this Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) initiative.
LP4Y is a non-government organization (NGO) that proposes professional and social integration programs for young adults who face underprivileged economic and social situations. It aims to prepare them for better future and career opportunities.
As COFFRAL values helping the Youth, being part of the YIN network of companies, and contributing back to the Philippines’ growth, we are proud to count this membership as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility activities!
This wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and support of our CEO Jim Goudsmit and Head of Business Development Bruno Vergnes who shouldered this event for the COFFRAL team. The Youth are now better prepared for their future job interviews.
